In Outlook 2013, I tried to set up archive files for each email account to apply to all folders within that account.
No luck, Outlook only let’s you define one set of default settings, not one default set per account.
Some postings on the internet say you can do it, but they appear to be false.
So I set up the defaults for my personal email, and then for my business email accounts. I had to set the right archive file for each folder manually.
And since the business accounts don’t have their own default settings, I have to remember to set the archive settings every time I create a new folder.
